Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-10-23
A report is written the first time you open it, so until then you can get a refund at any time. Contact: help@sajuwave.com
1. Reports you have not opened
A report you have never opened is refunded in full, with no time limit.
Tap "Ask for a refund" in your account's purchase list and it is requested at once. Or send your order number (on the Lemon Squeezy receipt) to help@sajuwave.com. We process it within 2 business days.
2. Withdrawal and digital content
A report is digital content, and its supply starts when you first open it, because that is when it is written. After that, the right to withdraw may be limited (in Korea, Electronic Commerce Act Art. 17(2)5) [needs review].
In return, before you pay we show the free result and the contents preview so you know what you get, and until you open a report you can get a refund at any time, as above.
3. Reports that could not be written
If the AI cannot finish your report even after several retries, we refund you automatically, without you asking. Chapters already written stay readable after the refund.
4. Wrong birth details
Tell us within 7 days of opening a report and we will correct the birth details and rewrite it once, free. After that we cannot make corrections.
5. Reports you have opened
Once opened, a report has been written at a real cost, so we do not normally refund it. We do refund where a report has a major fault or where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to a refund.
6. How refunds are paid
- Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, refunds to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer this can take 5–10 business days to appear.
- This policy applies on top of Lemon Squeezy's refund terms. Where they differ, the one more favourable to you applies.
- Charges are in US dollars, so exchange-rate changes and card foreign transaction fees can make the refund in your own currency differ slightly from what you paid.
- A refunded report can no longer be opened (except after an automatic refund for a failed report).
7. No subscriptions
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel.
This policy takes effect on 15 November 2026.
