Terms of Service

1. Who runs the service

The service is called Saju Wave (흐름사주 in Korean) and is at https://sajuwave.com.

It is run by an individual operator based in Australia (the "operator").

2. What the service provides

• Free result: your Four Pillars chart, yearly flow chart, a reading assembled from fixed text and today's flow, from your birth date, time and place. It is calculated on your device (in the browser).
• Free public pages: Today's flow (the day's pillar and one line for each day master), the 60 day pillars, How to read a saju and similar pages, with no birth details needed.
• Paid readings: reports you buy (Lifetime Reading, Your Year, Flow Compatibility), on the web and as a PDF.
• Account: sign in with an email magic link or Google to keep birth profiles and purchased reports. If you save your own profile ("me"), the home page shows today's and this month's flow for your chart every day.

3. For entertainment and reference only

Saju readings are for entertainment and reference. Their predictive power has not been scientifically shown.

Do not rely on a reading for medical, legal, financial, employment or other important decisions. Ask a qualified professional where needed.

The pages for each day pillar, day master or zodiac year, and the public Today's flow, say the same to everyone who shares that letter. Your personal result reads your whole chart.

The calculation basis (time zone, daylight saving, longitude correction, the 자시 rule, how the Useful God was chosen) is shown under "How this was calculated" on the result screen. Other services may use different rules and get different results.

4. Readings written by AI

The text of paid readings is written by AI (a large language model). The screen and the PDF say "Written by AI".

The AI only receives facts the service calculated, and each paragraph shows its evidence. AI text can still contain mistakes or awkward wording.

The free result and the free public pages do not use AI. They are made from fixed calculation rules and text written in advance.

5. Sharing and invites

• You can share a result, a day-pillar card or Today's flow as a link or an image. Shared links and images never contain a birth date or chart letters.
• If you share through another service, such as KakaoTalk, that service's terms and privacy policy also apply.
• A person who receives a Flow Compatibility invite enters their own birth details and gives their own consent. The person who invited them sees only the compatibility result.

6. Age

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up and at checkout.
• An adult may buy a report for a child's birth profile (for example their own child). Such reports are written for a minor.
• Saving another person's birth details requires their consent (or, for a minor, yours as their parent or guardian).

7. Payment

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles receipts, sales tax and VAT, and payment methods, and its buyer terms also apply.
• Before you pay, we show the report's contents preview and its price.
• Prices include tax. The Korean pages show Korean won (₩); the English pages show US dollars ($).
• Charges are made in US dollars. Your card issuer's exchange rate and foreign transaction fees may change the amount you see on your statement.
• There are no subscriptions and no free trials that turn into charges. You pay once per report.

8. How reports are written and kept

• A report is written the first time you open it, not at purchase.
• You can reopen a purchased report for as long as your account exists, and save it as a PDF.
• Buying locks that birth profile. If you tell us within 7 days of opening that the birth details were entered wrongly, we correct them and rewrite the report once, free.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. A report you have not opened yet can be refunded.

10. What you must not do

• Send automated bulk requests to the service or scrape its data
• Resell reports or publish them publicly
• Enter another person's birth details without consent, or misuse compatibility invites
• Try to get around the service's security

11. Ownership

The operator owns the rights in the service's screens, text, charts and calculation rules. You and your family may use reports you buy for personal purposes.

12. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not responsible for the outcome of decisions made on the basis of a reading.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as the Australian Consumer Law or Korean e-commerce consumer protection law.

13. Changes to or closure of the service

We give 30 days' notice on the site and by email before changing the service materially or closing it. Before closing, you will be able to download purchased reports as PDFs.

14. Governing law and disputes

[Needs review] These terms are governed by the law of [Australian state · TBD]. Mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in still applies.

15. Changes to these terms

We post changes on the site 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are less favourable to you).

These terms take effect on 15 November 2026.
